Hartford, Conn. – (November 1, 2019) — GalaxE.Solutions, a pioneer in IT enterprise transformation, today announced the appointment of Chandra Dyamangoudar as Vice President of its newest Center of Innovation in Hartford. The company, established in Hartford in September of 2019, was announced by Tim Bryan, CEO, GalaxE.Solutions in collaboration with Mayor Luke Bronin and Dr. Mark Boxer, Global CIO of Cigna. GalaxE.Solutions will focus its efforts on bringing new IT innovation to Hartford – in particular to insurance companies, healthcare providers and pharmacy innovation partners. GalaxE will create new high tech job opportunities and develop new training programs – all focused on establishing Hartford as an internationally recognized IT hub.
An accomplished IT leader with over 16 years of experience in healthcare, financial services/banking and mortgage industries with a strong focus on healthcare innovations, strategic IT transformation, digital enablement, cost and operational efficiencies. As Vice President, Dyamangoudar will be responsible for strategy, development and operations of GalaxE’s Hartford Innovation Center and will lead and support local clients with cutting edge technologies and products, while supporting and leveraging local Hartford talent.

Dyamangoudar joined GalaxE from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield where he served as Senior Director and led their IT organization through a period of outstanding innovations, IT transformation, and operational excellence. Prior to CareFirst, he was a HealthCare Practice Lead for Keane Inc. (now NTT Data). Earlier in his career, he served as Strategic Consultant for FINRA, AAMC and Fannie Mae.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Wichita State University in Kansas.
An avid golfer and a history enthusiast, Dyamangoudar currently resides in Hartford.
